Engagement Advisor

Then we would like to hear from you. We have two vacancies within our team of advisors who all provide support services to students. This role is varied and sometimes challenging, so it requires a person who has a good understanding of themselves.

This position is based in our Petone Campus, however ability to move between campuses and work at other locations as required is necessary.

This position is with Ākonga Engagement, Wellbeing and Health Team  where the purpose is to work with students, in collaboration with schools and teaching staff, to identify barriers to students’ engagement. To take action to remove or minimise barriers through a range of pastoral care that supports student success and retention for Whitireia and Weltec Ākonga.
