About the role| Te Kaupapa
We are looking for an Enrolment Advisor to join our
Enrolment Operations and Student Information team, to provide high quality and
timely enrolment services to current and prospective learners. The
International and Domestic Enrolment teams will work in a cross functional way
to support each other as required.
Key tasks:
Providing high quality, accurate advice and support to
learners in person, by email and by telephone
- Learn and further
develop a knowledge base about a portfolio of WelTec and Whitireia
programmes
- Attend recruitment and
marketing events and provide advice to learners
- Support the Team Leader,
Advising, with process improvement.
To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience
in customer service, ideally in the tertiary environment. You’ll need to
get to grips with a portfolio of subject areas but also have the potential to
develop an extensive knowledge of WelTec and Whitireia subject areas. You
must be customer-focused, approachable and give accurate advice.
Occasional evening or weekend work is required for recruitment events.
